Main Purpose

  • Inbounds calls from customers regarding orders and invoices
  • Outbound calls for payments slippage, customer control
  • Produce invoices from finished WOs for Assistance and Maintenance.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports about what has been invoiced, both from internal and external work.
  • Performs clerical duties of moderate complexity and scope in support of the accounting function under general supervision following instructions and procedures which are well defined but which may require the exercise of some judgment in application.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating with customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining all system information.
  • Responsible for processing on a timely basis all vendor invoices received
  • Responsible for processing on a timely basis all internal jobs.
  • Responsible for manage (production, sending and correcting) all invoices to clients.
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • High school or equivalent degree, team work, work under pressure, Organization, training skills,
  • Good English will be an advantage.
