The person in this role is part of the Global Reward team, responsible for the deployment and implementation of Reward programs and processes.
Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for the countries in scope, ensuring guidelines, timeline and quality are respected.
Responsible for important HR analytics design, analysis and reporting globally (including annual remuneration benchmarking for the countries in scope)
Project manage key reward initiatives, for the countries in scope or globally as needed
Responsible of package offer design for key recruits and employees under international mobility assignment
Develop excellent working relationships with local HR and management teams
Key contributor in various strategic HR / Reward related projects
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas.
Min 5 years’ of Reward or Financial experience in a medium to large multinational, preferably in multi-cultural environments.
Knowledge of Reward related programs, processes, tools, policies and guidelines and their application to complex organizational issues.
Experience in HR Analytics programs.
Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
