Main Purpose

To provide reception services, and assist with administrative tasks of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, forward and screen phone calls
  • Deliver correspondences to different people and sections, as well as messages received.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling
  • Keep the reception area tidy
  • Coordinate business travel (flights, hotel, remises)
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Reception or Secretarial studies.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Reception or Administrative positions.
  • Ability to work with different tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Languages : excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
