    A day in the life

  • Sourcing and contacting candidates, using linkedin, job boards ..putting all your skills and knowledge into action (Xray search, boolean strings just like a detective!)
  • Interviewing the best talent in the market to find a perfect match between our company and a candidate’s passion and expertise
  • Regular meetings with managers around the company to know more about their needs and how we can help them achieve their goals
  • One-on-one meetings to onboard new hires, giving them the best remote induction in the world. We want to wow not only our customers...
  • Analyzing results, procedures, main area KPIs, finding insights that can help us to improve our daily work and our contribution to the company
  • Defining and creating new initiatives to support our purpose of changing people’s lives (from promoting healthy habits, providing new experiences (ex.
  • travel), supporting personal dreams, social impact actions, etc.

  • Thinking and developing benefits and actions to create the best place to work remotely
  • Creating training plans to support employees and company growth
  • Analyzing performance reviews and helping managers to define quarter OKRS properly
