    eTeacher, the world's foremost online language academy, is looking for French + English speakers for the position of Quality Assurance Representative.

    Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Representative is responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound calls and system data, analyzing results and providing feedback to enhance service quality to our customers.

    Salary / Shifts / Hours :

  • 12 hours per week, split into 2 shifts during daytime / evening time, schedule is very flexible and can be changed regularly.
  • $5 per hour.
  • Skills, Knowledge and abilities required :

  • Bilingual, French & English (additional languages ? advantage).
  • Ability to operate well independently and in cooperation with minimal supervision required.
  • Exceptional auditing skills and detail-orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to understand, analyze, and report on call center quality measures, as well as identify, recommend, and drive Customer Service process improvements.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office platforms required (Word, Excel)
