You will take products from our portfolio from ideation to launch. Lead, strategize, collaborate, execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment building products that will be used by tens of millions of online shoppers a month.

You are a dynamic, dedicated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong desire to grow, love solving complex business challenges that can grow the brand forward on its ambitious and exciting journey.

Key responsibilities

Work on the product strategy and vision, roadmap and prioritization of multiple initiatives

Research and quantify the value of new product opportunities that will help drive our business goals

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Growth, Brand, Customer Care, Data and Operations teams to continually create engaging user experiences

Analyze user behavior via data / analytics and identify opportunities for conversion improvement

Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals

Solve problems and initiate collaboration within the team; anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues.

Ensure visual quality and provide feedback internally before providing the final result, considering that most projects are front-end.

Facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams, setting the right expectations, outcomes and ensuring effectiveness and clear action items.

Analyze, adjust and improve workflows and processes in order to improve project efficiency and implementation.
