Do youhave a passion for helping merchants deliver the great Omnichannel Commerceexperiences?If so, we are looking foryou.NetSuite is seeking a ProductManager to help evolve our eCommerce capabilities.You will join our growing, dynamic team in Montevideo, UY as a subject matter expert, guiding the team to deliver agile,intelligent, global ecommerce capabilities that drive revenue and profitabilityfor product-centric companies selling in the B2C and B2B segments.As the product manager, you will alsocollaborate with your team of talented, passionate designers and engineers todeliver and launch new capabilities to existing and new customers.You will be at the forefront of one of thecompany’s key strategic initiatives, collaborating with teams to helpproduct-centric companies achieve their omnichannel vision.


  • Deeply understand customer needs and passionately represent the voice of the customer to your scrum team and the broader team.

  • Guide the team with the insights of your eCommerce subject expertise.

  • Understand and contribute to NetSuite’s Commerce product strategy.

  • Drive execution of product roadmap to achieve strategic goals for this area.

  • Create epics and detailed user stories that clearly articulate desired product functionality.Drive the execution of this functionality with your scrum team in a timely manner.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.

  • Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives

  • Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, Development, QA, and Documentation teams to deliver great, innovative products to our customers.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully roll out our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.

  • Qualifications/Skills:

  • 4+ years of software Product Management experience ideally with some of it spent working in an Agile development environment. Practitioner or consulting experience related to the order management domain is also acceptable.

  • Deep understanding of eCommerceprocesses in Retail, Distribution, and Manufacturing verticals, with a focus on both the shopping experience and configurability and business user tools. Understanding and experience with Marketing and CRM in B2C and B2B is also beneficial.

  • Thorough understanding of PM skills, processes, and best practices, and ability to guide to others.

  • Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, fast-paced environment; collaborating with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s) from multiple locations to establish priorities and requirements.

  • Must have a passion for building great products with great user experiences, and an innovative yet practical approach to designing and developing product.

  • Creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team.

  • Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • College degree required

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product functionality and requirements to colleagues, management, executives, and customers are required.

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

    Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
