Has responsibility as a Delivery Specialist for activation and implementation of customers on Sabre Virtual Payments globally.
Role Performance Metrics
Managing activations and implementations to published guidelines and within planned implementation timeframes, scope and costs
Responsibilities / Job Description
Takes ownership and executes Sabre Virtual payment implementations with global Sabre customer base
Reports all activation and implementation performance weekly and provides updates into the SVP Delivery Manager
Provides input to conversion performance reports
Support customers in their integration into / with SVP APIs by acting as the liaison with wider Sabre teams and partners
Continuously improves and optimizes implementation and activation methodology routinely reviews processes and procedures with a goal to reduce the timeframe between contract signature and the ability to transact on the platform
Collaborates with sales engineers to take over customer interactions for the implementation process
After successful implementation of Sabre Virtual Payments to a customer, ensures successful handover to steady state support within the Global Solutions Delivery Organization
Contributes to the identification of key risks and issues related to the activation and implementation, and puts risk mitigation strategies in place
Escalates major & critical risks / issues to SVP Delivery Manager and the wider Sabre organization
Responsible for ensuring proper due diligence, delivery of documentation, and tracking of the customer integration work to ensures successful integration and configuration of all required interfaces
Work closely with customer support teams & across all operational verticals
Promotes global cooperation, collaboration and partnerships between individuals and groups
Profile and Qualifications :
Detailed knowledge of Sabre Virtual Payments including configuration of the products and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot activation and implementation issues
Proven technical experience in customer facing situations primarily focused on implementing technical solutions within the travel industry.
In-depth experience of working with Corporate, Leisure and Online travel agencies
Understanding of development tools, including API’s, Web Services
Proactive approach to technical problem solving and customer engagements
Ability to analyse, identify and resolve complex problems in daily operations
Project Management and implementation skills to complete customer activations
Ability to manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously
Highly developed communication skills and proficient with the English language
Understands the complexity of a fast-paced technology business and works well in a matrix organization. Team player a must
