We are looking for a FINANCE ANALYST to be incorporated through JLL to our client team, a MULTINATIONAL COMPANY .

  • Zone : Montevideo, Uruguay.
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
  • Type of contract : Open Ended.
  • Key member of the Finance team, for providing support and guidance to the team to help drive financial functions including funding, payments and reporting and document management.

    Focused on ensuring the cohesive management of processes in Uruguay, working extensively with Engineering, Sourcing and Operational teams to ensure contract guidelines are followed.

    Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining the general ledger and must be able to interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for the books and records under the direction of the Finance Manager
  • Responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of client activities, needs, and programs in order to deliver high quality financial services.
  • Responsible for oversight of all accounting activities ensuring compliance with established systems and controls, maintenance of accurate records and adherence to policies and procedures;
  • Interfacing and communicating regularly with the Finance and Account Manager for reviewing reports, forecasting, goal setting, and financial planning aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Execution :

  • Invoicing Circuit.
  • Invoice issue revision.
  • Invoice following up to client reception.
  • Collections verification.
  • To report delays in collection to the Finance Manager.
  • Funding Report.
  • Financials :

  • To ensure payment of Corporate Invoices due to client Operation.
  • Control of differences among budget.
  • Support for Corporate budget / Forecast for the account.
  • Tracking of actuals vs budget inside the account.
  • Checking of Invoicing and differences in P&L for the account.
  • Ad hoc reports for corporate team.
  • Bank Accounts control.
  • Accounting Duties :

  • P&L closing.
  • Account analysis.
  • Issue and review of financial standard reports.
  • Input control for the different central costs.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accountant or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate English level is required.
  • Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills.
