Senior Consultant Ecommerce
The Senior Consultant position is responsible for leading the delivery of Ecommerce websites, custom solutions and retail services for NetSuite clients.
You will be responsible for managing clients in post-sales environments and take a leadership role in the overall delivery of the Ecommerce and retail components.
Working with a Customer Success Managers and Project Manager and other members of the Professional Services team, this position will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction.
A NetSuite Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.
Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines and a full client portfolio is required.
You will likely have spent a good deal of time working with businesses in hands on roles delivering Ecommerce content for mission critical product launches and deadlines.
You will need to understand what drives long-term value in an Ecommerce business and be able to consult and deliver to that value.
Qualifications / Skills :
oRelational database inventory / category / search facet management
oAttribute and Matrix product management
oMobile and responsive UX and content adaption
oFamiliar with CMS code editors and assets management
oComfortable writing HTML and CSS
oEmail campaign configuration and management
Experience : - 3+ years experience in Ecommerce or / and developing web sites. This could be from a Software Vendor or from a large SI / Consulting firm.

Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-
routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
